Carpenter Multi Trader

Job Description

• Carry out responsive maintenance and building compliance works across occupied and void social housing properties
• Complete a range of multi-trade repairs, with Carpentry as the primary trade
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales
• Deliver excellent customer service while working in tenants' homes
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures and company standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Multi-Trader, ideally with Carpentry as your primary trade
• Previous experience working within the social housing sector
• Valid CSCS Card
• Recognised trade qualification, apprenticeship, or NVQ Diploma in Building Maintenance (or equivalent)
• Full UK driving licence
