Carpenter Multi Trader

The Role We are looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to carry out a wide range of maintenance and refurbishment works across MOD sites. The ideal candidate will be confident working across multiple trades to a high standard, able to pick up varied tasks on site with minimal supervision.

Works may include but are not limited to:

• Painting & decorating
• Carpentry — doors, flooring, fixtures and fittings
• Kitchen and bathroom fitting elements
• Plastering and patching
• Tiling — floor and wall
• General repairs and maintenance
• Snagging and void works

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Operative — essential
• Competent across a range of trades with demonstrable skills
• High standards of workmanship across all disciplines
• Own vehicle — essential
• Own tools — essential
• Valid DBS check issued within the last 6 months — essential (required for MOD site access)
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage your time on site
• Reliable, professional, and presentable at all times
