Start within the next two weeks on an ongoing social housing contract with the use of an on-site vehicle throughout the working day. I'd be keen to see applications from anyone who has worked as a Carpenter, Joiner or Property Maintenance Carpenter.
As a Carpenter you will be:
- Carrying out a wide range of carpentry repairs and maintenance
- Completing basic plumbing repairs where required
- Undertaking patch plastering on occasion
- Working within occupied social housing properties
- Delivering high-quality repairs across Solihull and the surrounding areas
- A full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
- Their own van and tools
- Previous experience working within social housing
- Strong carpentry experience
- Basic plumbing skills
- Patch plastering experience would be beneficial but is not essential
- Ongoing contract
- Weekly pay
- Use of an on-site vehicle during working hours
- Immediate start available within the next two weeks

Location & travelBased across Solihull and the surrounding areas, this role offers excellent access via the M42, M6, A34, and A41, making travel between properties straightforward. An on-site vehicle is available for use throughout the working day.
