• Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about ingredients, and provide friendly, efficient service
• Maintain food safety standards by following proper hygiene practices and sanitation procedures
• Manage cash register operations, including processing transactions accurately using basic math skills
• Keep the workspace clean and organised by regularly sanitising surfaces, equipment, and dining areas
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and minimise wait times

Experience

• Previous barista experience is essential
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
• Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is advantageous
• Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for transactions
• Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently during busy shifts
