Responsibilities:
* Providing friendly and professional customer service.
* Serving food and beverages efficiently.
* Operating tills and processing payments.
* Restocking counters, fridges and service areas.
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
* Assisting with basic food preparation.
* Supporting hospitality events and meetings.
* Following food safety, allergen and health & safety procedures at all times.
What We're Looking For:
✔ Previous catering, hospitality, café or customer service experience preferred.
✔ Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
✔ Reliable, punctual and flexible approach to work.
✔ Ability to work well in a team and in busy environments.
✔ Food Hygiene Certificate is advantageous but not essential.
