We are seeking an experienced CCDO Demolition Site Manager for our client’s project in the Oxford area.

Job Title: CCDO Demolition Site Manager
Location: Oxford
Pay Rate: Negotiable depending on experience
Hours: 8:00–17:00, Monday–Friday
Duration: Ongoing
Start Date: ASAP

Requirements:

• Valid CCDO Black Card
• Previous demolition site management experience
• Strong knowledge of demolition procedures and site safety
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage site operations and coordinate workers effectively

Duties include:

• Managing and supervising demolition activities on site
• Ensuring all works are carried out safely and in accordance with site procedures
• Coordinating workers, equipment and daily site operations
