Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays: 8:30am – 4:00pm, Day off in the week when working Saturdays

The Role – Centre Manager
As the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for delivering business objectives through effective leadership, operational control and customer excellence. The Centre Manager will oversee daily operations, motivate the team, manage stock, maintain centre standards and ensure all Health & Safety requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and coach the team
- Drive sales performance and customer conversion
- Manage the daily running of the centre
- Maintain security of stock, assets and customer information
- Ensure accurate stock control and audit readiness
- Oversee equipment maintenance and safe operation
- Ensure timely booking and storage of stock deliveries
- Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold the customer journey
- Support marketing activity to maximise local awareness
- Apply company policies effectively to achieve business targets
About You
The ideal Centre Manager will bring:
- Proven success as a Centre Manager or Assistant Centre Manager within a fast-fit or automotive environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven track record in a sales-driven environment
- Good technical/mechanical understanding
- Commercial awareness with the ability to drive performance
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
