Our client, a successful fast-fit centre in Aberystwyth, is seeking a proven automotive leader to manage the day-to-day operation of the business, delivering excellent customer service, strong sales performance, and efficient workshop throughput.
This is a hands-on management role where the Centre Manager will lead both front-of-house and workshop operations.

- Previous experience as a Centre Manager, Assistant Centre Manager, Workshop Controller, or similar automotive management role
- Strong commercial mindset with experience working towards sales and performance targets
- Solid technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repair
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workshop environment
- Knowledge of automotive health and safety requirements
- Excellent leadership, organisation, and customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence
