Are you an experienced SEMH Behavior Teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated Challenging Behavior Teacher to join a supportive school in Greenwich, working with secondary-aged children who require additional behavioural and pastoral support.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Challenging Behavior Teacher who is passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning. Based in Greenwich, you will deliver engaging lessons while implementing effective behaviour management strategies that promote confidence, resilience, and positive outcomes.
Working closely with teaching assistants, pastoral teams, and senior leaders, you will create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive. The successful Challenging Behavior Teacher will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, demonstrate excellent classroom management, and have the ability to build strong, positive relationships with secondary-aged pupils. Previous experience supporting students with behavioural needs is highly desirable. Ongoing education and training will be provided to support your professional development.
