Change Manager in Cardiff, South Glamorgan

Change Manager Contract - Paying between £650 to £750 Per Day, Inside IR35, Based in South Wales, Hybrid Working (On site 2 or 3 days per week), To Start ASAP


Your new role

We're looking for an experienced Change Manager to lead business change and adoption across a major GIS and technology transformation programme.

You'll work across business, operational and technology teams to ensure stakeholders are prepared for new systems, processes and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead change and adoption activities across the programme
• Complete change impact and business readiness assessments
• Develop stakeholder engagement and communications plans
• Coordinate training, knowledge transfer and user readiness
• Manage change risks, dependencies and adoption challenges
• Work closely with Programme, Technical and Project Leads through implementation and go-live

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong experience delivering change across large technology or business transformation programmes
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience with change impact, business readiness, communications and training
• Experience introducing new technology, systems and processes
• GIS, geospatial or Esri ArcGIS experience would be advantageous
