Chartered Building Surveyor

Conrad Consulting is delighted to be working with a leading property and construction consultancy seeking an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to join its established Central London team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious MRICS Building Surveyor looking to work on a diverse portfolio of high-profile commercial and professional property projects within a highly regarded consultancy.

As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will undertake a varied mix of professional and project-based building surveying work, advising a broad range of clients across the commercial property sector.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building surveys and technical due diligence
• Defect diagnosis and building pathology
• Planned and reactive maintenance advice
• Preparation of specifications and schedules of work
• Contract administration and project management
• Dilapidations and reinstatement advice
• Party wall and other professional surveying services
• Client management and development of new business opportunities

You will ideally be MRICS qualified with solid post-qualification experience within a building surveying or property consultancy environment.

You should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills and the confidence to manage projects and client relationships independently.
