Chartered Building Surveyor

📍 Manchester

The role combines commercial project work with professional building surveying instructions across a multidisciplinary property consultancy, taking responsibility for client commissions from instruction through to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical due diligence instructions for commercial property
• Administer refurbishment and repair contracts through all project stages
• Advise on dilapidations, landlord and tenant matters and Party Wall instructions
• Prepare planned maintenance programmes, reinstatement cost assessments and Licences for Alterations
• Undertake project monitoring and coordinate multidisciplinary technical input

Requirements

• MRICS Building Surveyor
• Newly Chartered or post-qualification Building Surveying experience
• Commercial technical due diligence experience
• Contract administration experience
• Knowledge of dilapidations and landlord and tenant matters

Salary & Package

• £45,000–£65,000 basic salary
