A Chartered Quantity Surveyor is required in London to deliver pre- and post-contract cost management services across predominantly commercial projects with additional residential consultancy exposure.
Responsibilities
- Deliver pre- and post-contract cost management services
- Prepare cost plans, tender documentation and final accounts
- Produce monthly cost reports and financial updates
- Administer construction contracts through project delivery
- Provide fund monitoring, benchmarking and client reporting services
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- MRICS status
- Consultancy Quantity Surveying experience
- Commercial and residential project exposure
- Client-facing cost management experience
Salary & Package
- £55,000–£65,000 basic salary
- Annual bonus up to 10% of salary
