The successful candidate will independently manage cost consultancy commissions from feasibility through final account while advising clients on procurement, commercial strategy and contract administration.
Responsibilities
- Lead pre-contract and post-contract cost management commissions
- Advise clients on procurement strategy, value engineering and commercial risk
- Administer JCT contracts including valuations, variations and final accounts
- Monitor project costs, cashflow and financial reporting
- Deliver commercial advice across new-build, refurbishment, fit-out, recladding and reinstatement projects
Requirements
- Chartered MRICS status
- Practical experience administering JCT construction contracts
- Established pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying experience
- Experience across property or construction sectors
- Consultancy or transferable contractor-side experience
Salary & Package
- £52,000–£65,000 annual salary
