Chartered Surveyor, London (West End)

Salary range £55,000 - c£75,000 dependent on experience plus benefits (an above avg bonus scheme, health care, pension, dental care)

Based in central London, our client a leading name within the property space, who own a large and growing portfolio are currently looking to attract to the team an experienced Surveyor. The aim is to appoint someone to the business who has become chartered RICS and spent a couple of years working across the general landlord and tenant space either with another landlord or investor.

The position has come about due to the growth of the portfolio and increasing workload for the team. The current team is made up of a mix of varying levels of experience and offers someone a supportive, professional, and rewarding environment, with scope to grow and take on greater responsibility and to continue developing your skill set.
