Berry Recruitment is recruiting for a Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef to join a busy hospitality venue in the Falmouth area.

This role is available for an immediate start and offers ongoing work for the right candidate. The kitchen operates at a high volume during peak service periods, making it suitable for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to a smooth-running service.

• Preparing and cooking dishes in line with menu specifications
• Supporting the day-to-day operation of the kitchen
• Working on the pass and coordinating orders during service
• Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
• Supporting stock rotation and kitchen organisation
• Working closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver service efficiently

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef
• Confident working the pass and managing service flow
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a busy kitche
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen procedures
• Relevant catering qualifications are advantageous but not essential

• £16.00 - £18.00 per hour, depending on previous roles and responsibilities
