Chef de Partie & Sous Chef Opportunities - 5-Star Hotels | City of London

We're currently recruiting for experienced Chef de Parties and Sous Chefs to join some of the City of London's leading 5-star hotels.

If you have a strong background working within luxury hotels, understand the high standards expected in a premium environment, and are looking for your next opportunity in the City, we'd love to hear from you.

Chef de Partie

• Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie within a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of classical and modern cooking techniques
• Ability to consistently deliver high-quality dishes in a busy kitchen
• Excellent understanding of food safety, hygiene and HACCP
• A positive, professional attitude with a genuine passion for food
• Ability to work effectively as part of a large kitchen brigade

Sous Chef

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef within a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to support and develop a kitchen team
• Experience working in high-volume, high-standard hotel operations
• Excellent knowledge of food safety, HACCP and kitchen procedures
• Experience with ordering, stock control and maintaining food quality
• Ability to remain calm and organised during busy services
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional food and guest experiences
