The role 
As a chef de partie you will be responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen cold starter section, you will ensure everything is running smooth within your section, you will prepare and plate items for the cold starters. This is a busy restaurant, so you need to be able to handle volume, this role includes all the standard chef de partie duties

Expeirence
we are looking for a chef de partie who can work within french dishes and knowledge of cold starters, you must know how to prepare oysters and also other cold starters including lobster and other french classics. you will be organised and able to cope with volume
