Chef de Partie – Central London – £35,000

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Chef de Partie to join a dynamic, high-volume kitchen in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a professional team delivering fresh, high-quality food across breakfast, lunch, and evening services.

The site caters for up to 3,000 people daily, alongside a busy schedule of hospitality and events. Standards are high, and every dish is prepared fresh with attention to detail.

What we’re looking for:

• A passionate and reliable Chef de Partie with a stable work history (ideally min of 18 months in current role)
• Genuine passion and enthusiasm for food and hospitality
• Confidence in running your own section and maintaining high standards
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop

Working hours:

5 days out of 7 (rota basis)

Shifts: 07:00 - 15:30 or 11:30 - 20:00
