Key Responsibilities
As the Chef De Partie, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional food every service by:
- Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality dishes
- Running your own section during busy service periods
- Maintaining excellent standards of food presentation and consistency
- Supporting the kitchen with daily operations
- Ensuring food hygiene and health & safety standards are always met
- Assisting with stock control and minimising waste
- Working closely with the brigade to deliver outstanding food and service
What we're looking for
We're looking for a passionate Chef who enjoys working in a busy, fresh food kitchen.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- A genuine team player who thrives in a busy environment
- Experience cooking with fresh produce
- The ability to perform under pressure during high-volume service
- A desire to continue developing your career towards a Junior Sous Chef position
- A full driving licence and own transport, due to the rural location
