Key Responsibilities:

As a Chef de Partie, you will:

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section
• Help train and supervise demi-chef de parties or commis chefs
• Support the sous chef and head chef in developing menus and new dishes
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety compliance
• Monitor portion sizes and waste to ensure profit margins

What we're looking for:

We're seeking a motivated Chef de Partie with:

• Experience in a similar role or strong culinary skills
• Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety regulations
• Ability to work effectively in a team and help train junior staff
• A passion for creating quality dishes and maintaining high standards
