Key Responsibilities
As Chef De Partie you will be:
- Working in a busy, high volume kitchen were you are cooking for 900+ (this inlcludes day students, boarders, teaching and support staff).
- Cooking on any station - flexibility to cook in different sections.
- Cooking all fresh produce on site at a high quality level.
- Being involved in events at the private school.
- Working on a rotational rota in between the kitchens operating hours of 06:00 - 20:00
What we're looking for
You'll be an experienced Chef De Partie with:
- Experience as an Chef or Cook in a mid-to-large scale dining environment
- Good knowledge of all sections
- Excellent food hygiene and allergen knowledge
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Training
