Full Time Section Chef De Partie/CDP role available at a destination Hotel in the Surrey Hills

Salary: £34,000 - £39,000 (Immediate Start)

Rota:

Working 12 hour days, on a 4 on, 3 off basis (0930 - 2130)

Summary:

Supporting the Head and Sous chef, as part of a large team of 12 chefs, at this destination hotel, near Dorking, you shall be an experienced CDP from a hotel, Event or Golf Club background. We would also be happy to consider a strong Demi CDP, from a similar background.

Preparing high quality dishes, using fresh food, working on a range of conferencing and private function events, you shall be a driven chef, looking for career development.

Experience Required:

Previous experience as either a CDP, or  as a strong Demi CDP is essential, ideally
