Chef De Partie

An exciting opportunity has become available for a passionate Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a prestigious hotel. This is a fantastic chance to work across a variety of dining experiences and high profile events, helping to deliver exceptional food and service.

Working as part of a talented kitchen brigade, The Chef de Partie be responsible for running your section, maintaining exceptional standards and contributing to an innovative and exciting food offering.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and delivering high quality dishes within your designated section.
• Supporting the Head and Sous Chef in the smooth day to day running of the kitchen.
• Maintaining food safety standards and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.
• Following allergen procedures and food safety policies at all times.
• Assisting with stock control, waste management and maintaining cost-effective kitchen operations.
• Working efficiently in a fast paced, professional kitchen environment.

You'll be a passionate and motivated chef with:

• NVQ Level 3 in Food Preparation (or equivalent) preferred.
• Food Safety qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up.
• The ability to thrive under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, ingredients and kitchen operations.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work on your own initiative.
