I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a fantastic client who is looking to add talented chefs to their team at a truly special dining destination, where rustic charm meets refined cuisine.
Celebrating the very best of seasonal, estate-led cooking, their menus are inspired by the rhythms of the estate, featuring produce grown in their own gardens and meats sourced from their pastures. Recognised with a Michelin Bib Gourmand for over two decades, this is an opportunity to join a kitchen where quality ingredients, creativity and a genuine sense of place are at the heart of everything they do.
The roles:
- Pastry Chef
- Chef de Partie
- Sous Chef
The package:
- Base salary: £31,741 per annum
- Tips: Approximately £14,000–£16,000 per annum
- Potential total earnings: £45,000+ per annum
- Contract: 48 hours per week
- Working pattern: 2 nights per week
