Chef De Partie

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join a fantastic kitchen team at a well-established and highly regarded property in NR9.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Chef de Partie looking to join a supportive, professional kitchen where quality, consistency and teamwork are genuinely valued.

The kitchen offers a varied working environment, with the opportunity to be involved across restaurant service, events, private functions and other areas of the operation. The food focuses on quality, seasonal produce and high standards, giving the successful candidate plenty of opportunity to develop their skills.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a Chef de Partie who:

• Has previous experience working in a professional kitchen
• Is confident running their own section
• Takes pride in producing consistently high-quality food
• Has a good understanding of kitchen standards, food safety and hygiene
• Works well under pressure during busy services
• Is organised, reliable and has a positive attitude
• Enjoys working as part of a close-knit kitchen team
• Is keen to continue learning and developing their culinary skills

You don't need to be at the end of your career, we're particularly interested in chefs with the right attitude, passion and willingness to progress.

What's On Offer

• £30,000 – £32,000 per annum

The Role

As Chef de Partie, you will take responsibility for your section during service, ensuring preparation and dishes are delivered to a consistently high standard.

You'll work closely with the senior kitchen team and fellow chefs to ensure smooth and efficient service, while maintaining excellent standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness and organisation.
