Position Details

• Location: London
• Pay: £18.00 per hour (including holiday pay)
• Shift Pattern: Thursday to Saturday
• Hours: Thurs/Fri 2pm – 11:00/11.15pm Saturday 9-11.30pm
• Ongoing work with the potential for long-term opportunities

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to a consistent standard
• Work efficiently during busy service periods
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
• Assist with stock rotation and kitchen organisation
• Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional service

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Chef in a busy restaurant
• Passion for producing quality food
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred)
• Right to work in the UK
