We're recruiting for a Chef to join a residential activity centre in Grantham, Lincolnshire. • You'll earn a salary of £33,700 in a permanent, full-time position

As a Chef, you will support the day-to-day kitchen operation:

• Prepare and serve nutritious, well-balanced meals for large groups
• Cater for dietary, medical and allergen requirements
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness
• Support the organisation and smooth running of the kitchen
• Work efficiently in a busy, high-volume environment
• Contribute to continuous improvement within the kitchen
• Assist with wider duties within a residential setting

To be successful in this Chef role, you'll need:

• Previous experience as a Chef or cook within a busy kitchen
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and allergen control
• Ability to stay organised and work well under pressure
• A flexible and team-focused approach to shift work
• Level 3 Food Safety qualification (desirable, not essential)
