Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head Chef, you'll help deliver nutritious, high-quality meals for guests. You'll:
- Prepare and cook meals in a busy kitchen
- Support stock ordering, organisation and cost control
- Follow food hygiene, allergen and dietary requirements
- Coach and support junior team members
- Manage your workload effectively during busy periods
What we're looking for
You'll be an experienced kitchen professional who:
- Has catering experience, ideally in a high-volume environment
- Enjoys working as part of a friendly, busy team
- Has excellent food hygiene and allergen knowledge
- Can confidently manage dietary requirements
- Has strong organisational skills and works well under pressure
- Ideally holds a Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering
