Junior Sous Chef

This is your opportunity to join a fantastic local business well known for its high quality food and excellent customer service.

Working in Harrogate town centre, 37.5 hours per week you will be:

• preparing fresh food to order in a busy kitchen
• supervising, supporting and mentoring your team
• effectively manage your budget through stock control, accurate ordering and waste management

As the successful junior sous chef you will have hospitality management skills along with experience of working in a fresh food kitchen.

We are looking for someone who:

• is motivated by providing a great customer experience
• has great attention to detail
• communicates effectively with the whole catering team
• will make the most of development opportunities for themselves and their team
• has knowledge of food safety and health and safety
• can work well under pressure

This would be an ideal role if you have worked as a manager or as a Chef de Partie and you are ready for a new adventure with a good work/life balance.
