The Opportunity
A leading manufacturing organisation is seeking a Process Operator to join its Warrington-based operation. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in a highly regulated production environment, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes while contributing to ongoing site improvements.

Process Operator, Production Operator, Chemical Process Operator, Manufacturing Technician, Plant Operator, Production Technician, Operations Technician, Process Technician, Process Plant Operator or Manufacturing Operative.
Your duties and responsibilities will be
- Operate and monitor specialist production and processing equipment to maximise efficiency, output and product quality.
- Carry out planned maintenance activities and provide first-line fault-finding support to reduce operational downtime.
- Ensure all activities are completed in compliance with health, safety, environmental and company procedures, maintaining high housekeeping standards.
- Perform in-process quality checks, testing and statistical process monitoring to ensure products meet required specifications.
- Investigate process performance issues, analyse production data and support continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
- Previous experience working within a manufacturing, production or process-driven environment.
- Knowledge of plant operations, process monitoring and equipment performance optimisation.
- Practical maintenance awareness with the ability to undertake routine preventative and basic breakdown maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse process data and identify operational improvements.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including accurate record keeping and shift handovers.
