Are you an experienced Chemotherapy Nurse or SACT Nurse looking for more autonomy, better work-life balance and the opportunity to deliver truly personalised patient care?
I’m recruiting for a leading specialist healthcare provider, looking for a Community Chemotherapy Nurse to deliver oncology and haematology treatments to patients across Newcastle and Tyne and Wear.
You’ll manage your own caseload, working one-to-one with patients in their own homes while being fully supported by an experienced clinical team.

- Delivering chemotherapy and SACT within patients’ homes
- Completing pre-treatment assessments
- Cannulation, venepuncture and vascular access management
- Monitoring patients and managing adverse reactions
- Providing patient education and ongoing support
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Liaising with hospitals, consultants and MDTs
You’ll need:
- Active NMC registration – Adult Nurse/RGN
- Recent chemotherapy or SACT experience
- Competency administering cytotoxic treatments
- Strong cannulation and venous access skills
- Confidence working autonomously
- Full UK driving licence
