Compliance Supervisor
This role is responsible for ensuring full compliance across a CBRE facilities management contract, covering statutory requirements, QHSE standards, CAFM systems, company logbooks, and KPI reporting. The Compliance Supervisor provides site-wide administrative guidance on compliance matters, manages records for key regulatory activities (such as LOLER, PSSR, Gas Safe, and electrical compliance), and supports the implementation of business policies and processes. The position works closely with the Technical Manager and account leadership team to monitor performance, maintain reporting, and drive compliance standards across the site. Candidates should have facilities management compliance experience, strong organisational skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, with CBRE systems knowledge and IOSH Managing Safety being advantageous.
Extra Works Supervisor
The Extra Works Supervisor is responsible for managing and delivering additional facilities management projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and in line with contractual and company standards. The role involves preparing quotations, coordinating internal teams and subcontractors, monitoring project costs and profitability, and maintaining accurate project documentation. The successful candidate will build strong client relationships, provide regular project updates, and identify opportunities for business growth and additional services. Applicants should have project management experience within FM or a related industry, strong knowledge of building services and compliance standards, and excellent communication and budget management skills.
Electrical Engineer
The Electrical Engineer is responsible for maintaining and repairing critical electrical systems and plant equipment, ensuring faults are resolved quickly and service level agreements are met in high-risk environments such as data centres. The role includes reactive and planned maintenance, fault diagnosis, equipment upgrades and installations, emergency call-out support, and maintaining accurate engineering documentation and compliance records. The successful candidate will work closely with the Facilities Management and Technical Services teams to monitor system performance, investigate incidents, and implement solutions to prevent recurrence. Applicants should hold 18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations and Level 3 Installation qualifications, with experience in critical environments, HVAC/building management systems, and health and safety practices being advantageous.
