We are looking for a Child Psychologist to join a specialist education setting in Tadworth, Surrey, supporting children and young people with autism and additional needs, including ADHD, speech and language difficulties, sensory needs and associated behavioural difficulties.

You will provide psychological assessment, formulation and therapeutic support, helping young people overcome barriers to learning and achieve positive outcomes.

The role will also involve providing consultation, training, workshops and guidance to education teams, helping them develop a better understanding of the needs of the young people they support.

You will need:

• HCPC registration as a Clinical, Educational, Forensic or Counselling Psychologist
• Experience working with children and young people
• Experience assessing and supporting individuals with complex needs
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confidence providing training, consultation and guidance
• A proactive approach and commitment to achieving the best outcomes for young people
