Deputy Manager – Children's Residential Care

1 on, 2 off rota | £38,000 per year

Do you want a role where you can genuinely make a difference, support a strong team and help create a home where young people feel safe, understood and supported?

We are working with a fantastic children's residential provider who are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join their team on a 1 on, 2 off rota, offering a salary of £38,000 per year.

What we're looking for

You will need to:

• Hold a full UK driving licence and be confident driving as part of the role

• Hold an NVQ Level 4 in Children, Young People & Families or equivalent

• Have solid experience working within children's residential care

• Be confident supporting staff, leading shifts and maintaining high standards of care

• Have a good understanding of safeguarding, regulations and children's residential care

• Be reliable, organised and able to take responsibility when the Manager isn't present

A Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification would be preferred, particularly if you're already working towards management or looking to progress further.

The rota

You'll work a 1 on, 2 off rota, giving you a great balance between work and your time outside of work.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is already established within children's residential care and is ready to take that next step into a Deputy Manager position.
