Children Panel Solicitor

My client is currently recruiting for an experienced Children Panel Solicitor to join an established Family team.

The role will involve representing children in public and private law proceedings, including care proceedings, special guardianship matters and other Children Act cases.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Current Children Panel accreditation, or be working towards accreditation
• 3+ years' PQE with strong children law experience
• Experience handling public-law care proceedings and contested hearings
• Excellent advocacy and client care skills
• Strong knowledge of Legal Aid and court processes
• The ability to manage a busy caseload effectively
