Children's Dual Registered Manager

• Dual Registered Manager- London  Established Home with team and YP in place) 

Salary: Base salary £55,120 with the potential to earn up to £68,320 through bonuses

Benefits: 32 days A/L which includes Bank Holidays- this will increase by a day for the first 3 years

Ofsted Bonus: £3000 for an ‘Outstanding’ report and £1500 for a ‘Good’ report per home- potential to earn up to £6,000 across both homes pa.

Occupancy: Full occupancy- Up to 600 per month

Other: A £3,000 car allowance or a company car worth £5,400 per year

On Call: Included within salary- rarely done as depends on home circumstances but shared out with DM

Ofsted Rating: Solo Bed- Good Ofsted rating
