Job Title: Children’s Home Manager (Registered Manager)
Location: Loughborough, United Kingdom
Salary: Up to £60,000 + bonuses + £7,500 starting bonus (DOE)
 

Job Description:

Are you an experienced Children’s Home Manager ready to lead a service that’s currently rated Good by OFSTED? This Children’s Home Manager role in Loughborough is ideal for Deputy Managers looking for the next step, or Registered Managers seeking a forward-thinking organisation. As a Children’s Home Manager in Loughborough, you’ll be responsible for delivering safe, effective care and strong outcomes for children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours.
 

Key Responsibilities:
 

• As a Children’s Home Manager in Loughborough, ensure the safe and effective management of a children’s home
• Support children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours, promoting positive outcomes
• Work with the RI to ensure the service is compliant with OFSTED and company standards
• Manage safeguarding concerns in line with relevant procedures
• Lead, recruit, develop and supervise the staff team to ensure child-focused support
• Manage the home’s budget effectively
• Maintain high standards of care and service delivery as a Children’s Home Manager in Loughborough

Requirements:
 

• Level 5 in leadership and management
• Level 3 in children and young people
• Driving Licence
• Deputy or Registered Manager experience
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and OFSTED compliance
• Ability to lead a team and drive continuous improvement in a children’s home
