About you:

• Experienced in children’s residential care, with a Level 3 (or above) relevant qualification
• Proven experience of supervising and leading teams within a children's care setting 🌱 Passionate about caring for and developing children and young people 💛 Determined to improve outcomes for children and young people
• Patient, compassionate, resilient, and reliable 🚀 Motivated to make a real difference every day
• Committed to professional development – Level 4/5 qualified or working towards
