Job Title: Male Children’s Support Worker ( Due to requirements of the role)
Location: Stevenage, Hertfordshire, UK
Salary: £31,480 to £34,485 (Inclusive of sleep in's )

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a safe, loving, and supportive home environment for children and young people
• Act as a positive role model and support with daily living needs
• Participate in engaging activities such as football, gaming, and bowling
• Encourage hobbies and interests to promote confidence and independence
• Assist with household tasks to maintain a clean and welcoming home
• Build trusting relationships and promote social skills
• Support children in developing independence and self-esteem

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• A caring, flexible, and resilient attitude
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, energetic approach
• Willingness to work shifts and sleep-ins
• Ability to build strong, supportive relationships with young people
