Our client, a Local Authority based in Essex is seeking an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join their friendly and supportive Legal Services team on a locum basis. The successful candidate will be required to assist with a range of civil litigation matters.

Whilst full-time hours would be preferred, a part-time working pattern could be considered.

Regular office and court attendance would be preferred.

Responsibilities of the Litigation Lawyer:

The successful candidate will be responsible for a mixed caseload of civil litigation matters, which may include;

  • Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) matters
  • Commercial property litigation, including Section 25 Landlord and Tenant Act proceedings
  • Employment tribunal claims
  • Dilapidations disputes
