Civils Site Engineer
Location: Swindon, SN2 2
Rate: £300–£350 per day (CIS) DOE
Duration: Long-term ongoing work
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Civils Site Engineer to join our client on a long-term project based in Swindon (SN2 2 area)
AutoCAD experience is essential for this role, and we're looking for someone who is confident producing and interpreting drawings alongside carrying out site engineering duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting out for civil engineering works
- Producing and updating AutoCAD drawings
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Quality assurance and as-built surveys
- Maintaining accurate site records
- Liaising with the site team to ensure works are completed to programme
- Ensuring work is carried out safely and to specification
Requirements:
- Proven AutoCAD experience (essential)
- Previous experience as a Civils Site Engineer
- Valid CSCS Card
- Good knowledge of setting out using surveying equipment (GPS/Total Station)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence preferred
