Civil Supervisor

Astute's Power team are looking to recruit a Civil Supervisor on a 3-month contract for a water treatment project in North London.


Key skills

• Oversee day-to-day civil construction activities on site.
• Manage and oversee site teams, subcontractors, and labour to ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure works are completed in line with the project programme and specifications.
• Ensure all civil works are carried out to the required quality standards and in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, and risk assessments.
• Maintain a strong focus on health, safety, environmental, and site compliance requirements.
• Identify and address potential issues or delays, escalating where appropriate.
• Provide effective leadership and support to site teams, promoting a positive and collaborative working environment.
• Must hold an in-date SSSTS & CSCS / CCNSG Card
• EUSR Water Card / Thames Water Passport (desirable).
