Civil3D Technician

Our client, a prominent consultancy in the highways sector, is seeking a Civil3D Technician to join their team on a contract basis. This role offers the chance to work on a variety of infrastructure and highway projects, leveraging the latest advancements in Civil3D technology.

• Supporting 278 work, from preliminary CAD feasibility to detailed design schemes
• Delivering detailed design work for larger junction schemes, including longitudinal design and level sections
• Collaborating with both the transport planning team and external stakeholders to ensure project delivery
• Independently managing workflows originating from transport planning projects or directly from developers and contractors
• Maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy in all project deliverables
• Providing technical insights and solutions to complex design problems
• Adhering to project timelines and budgets

• Significant experience in infrastructure and highway projects
• Proficiency in Civil3D software
• Understanding of 278 work and related detailed design processes
• Strong technical skills in civil engineering design
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
