Civils Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Civils Project Manager to lead and oversee large-scale civil engineering projects from inception to completion.

Duties

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of civil, groundworks, enabling and temporary works on a large Data Centre Build in North West London
• Develop comprehensive project schedules.
• Coordinate with design teams utilizing Civil 3D software for detailed civil design and drafting tasks.
• Monitor construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with safety standards, quality specifications, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, and reporting to stakeholders to track project milestones and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee resource allocation, including labor, equipment, and materials, ensuring efficient utilization throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Civil Project Manager or similar role within large-scale civil engineering projects, especially Data Centre builds.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 for project scheduling and management.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-moving environment.
• Knowledge of construction safety protocols and quality assurance procedures in civil engineering projects.
• Relevant degree in Civil Engineering or related field; professional certifications are advantageous.
