We’re working with an established cladding contractor looking for a Cladding Estimator to join their team.
They’re happy to consider both experienced Estimators and Junior candidates who are looking to build a long-term career in the cladding industry. Full training will be provided to the right person.
The Role
- Preparing estimates and quotations for cladding projects
- Carrying out accurate material take-offs
- Ordering materials and liaising with suppliers
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and project requirements
- Supporting the commercial team throughout the tender process
- Attending site visits when required
- Working closely with the site and installation teams
- For junior candidates, training will include hands-on site experience alongside the installation teams to build practical cladding knowledge
- Projects are nationwide, with the majority of work across London and East Anglia
About You
- Cladding experience preferred, but not essential for the right junior candidate
- Construction or building envelope experience would be advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and good numerical ability
- Comfortable working with drawings and measurements
- Organised and keen to learn
- Looking for a long-term career, rather than simply the next job
- Full UK driving licence preferred due to site visits
