Claims Administrator in Cirencester

As the Claims Administrator you’ll join a team of specialists and build your skillset day by day. Your primary focus will be to handle with customer claims and all administration supporting these cases.

We’re looking for a hands on, driven and attentive talent who wants to build a career within the Insurance Industry. Previous claims administration exposure is essential due to the nature of role.

This Claims Administrator role will include the below responsibilities:

• Working with clients supporting and advising on their claims
• Processing and actioning all internal administration relating to claims and policies
• Being first point of call for the customers and supporting their needs
• Supporting the Claims Manager with adhoc duties
• Working from a shared mailbox
• Logging customer updates and journey notes via CRM

This Claims Administrator role will include require the below exposure and skillsets:

• Previous exposure in Claims Administration is essential
• Previous administration exposure is essential
• Previous exposure working within Insurance
• A natural confident and empathetic communicator
• Good team player with the want to support the team
• Microsoft Office proficient including Excel
• Full UK Driving License would be advantageous however not essential
