HGV Class 1 Day Driver – Coalville

We are currently recruiting for experienced HGV Class 1 Day Drivers to join a well-established and reputable transport operation based in Coalville.

This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for regular daytime work with consistent hours and straightforward deliveries.

The Role
  • Day trunking and depot-to-depot deliveries.
  • Typically 1–2 drops per shift.
  • Minimal handball involved.
  • Pre- and post-vehicle checks.
  • Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and on time.
  • Completing all relevant paperwork and complying with transport legislation.
Requirements
  • Valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence.
  • Valid Driver CPC qualification.
  • Digital Tachograph Card.
  • A good understanding of drivers' hours and Working Time Directive regulations.
  • A professional and reliable attitude.
  • Previous Class 1 driving experience preferred.
