We are currently recruiting experienced Class 1 Drivers for ongoing parcel trunking work based in the Tamworth area.

This Class 1 Driver opportunity offers consistent, ongoing work with a well-established transport operation. As a Class 1 Driver, you will complete clean trunking runs between distribution centres, with minimal manual handling and reliable weekly hours.

This role is ideal for an experienced Class 1 Driver looking for long-term work, competitive pay, and a professional working environment.

Key Responsibilities – Class 1 Driver

• Drive a Class 1 (C+E) vehicle on scheduled parcel trunking routes
• Complete trunk runs between distribution centres and transport hubs
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects
• Complete all transport paperwork accurately
• Ensure loads are transported safely and securely
• Comply with Driver Hours, Working Time Directive, and road transport regulations
• Maintain professional communication with the transport team

Requirements – Class 1 Driver

• Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) Licence
• Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card
• Minimum 6 months Class 1 Driver experience required.
• Maximum of 6 penalty points (no DR, DD, IN or CD endorsements)
• Reliable, professional, and safety-focused
• Able to complete a driving assessment if required
