Class 1 Driver – Trunking / Parcel Deliveries
Monday to Friday | Day & Night Shifts Available
Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting for experienced Class 1 (C+E) Drivers to join a busy parcel delivery operation.
This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for consistent, ongoing work with a well-established and busy company. There is no seasonal slowdown, making this a great long-term opportunity with the potential to secure a permanent position.
The Role:
- Trunking work for a parcel delivery company.
- Driving modern vehicles with box trailers.
- Completing approximately 1–3 drops per shift.
- Mainly trunking between depots.
- Monday to Friday working pattern.
- Ongoing work available throughout the year.
Shift Options & Pay:
Day Shifts:
- Start times between 6:00am and 8:00am.
- £17.50 per hour.
Night Shifts:
- Start times between 6:00pm and 8:00pm.
- £18.50 per hour.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Valid Class 1 (Category C+E) driving licence.
- Minimum 1 year of Class 1 driving experience.
- No more than 6 penalty points.
- Experience with box trailers preferred.
- Reliable, punctual and professional.
- Comfortable with trunking work.
